Location:
Grimaldi is located just 500 meters from the French border and Menton, famous for its beauty, and Ventimiglia, known for its Italian charm, toward San Remo. Monaco is only 30 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by train.

The Space:
The studio is located on my property, with my own home just 50 meters away. All studios were newly built in 2025, so everything is fresh for its first use. High-quality materials chosen with an eye for detail, a stunning 180-degree sea view, and a calm, quiet atmosphere surrounded by untouched nature make this studio a truly unique experience.

There are two mirrored apartments, which can also be booked together by families as a complete unit.

The view, the peace, and the nature are definitely the highlights. Each apartment has its own private terrace. Additionally, there are three shared terraces, ensuring everyone enjoys a high level of privacy and can find their own quiet spot.

There is parking directly in front of the house—the driveway is narrow, but you’ll get used to it quickly! :-)
